Pricing:
Receiving an estimate of costs for a survey takes very little effort and is easier than you may think. To give you an accurate estimate, we first need the property address and a copy of your Warranty Deed; which contains a description of your land. If said Warranty Deed is absent, the tax appraisal information can be sufficient for a proposal. Residential, “platted” lot & block surveys are usually all similarly priced. Commercial and acreage surveys do require a considerable amount of research, however, in most cases, with the availability of aerial and satellite imagery, a quote should be available within the same day. The cost of a Land Survey is directly related to the total time and effort involved for the survey.
